Fun with Evgenia Petzer

Today was an awesome day, this is the first time in a very long time I was able to sit down and enjoy a class, not teaching but being the student.  

Thanks to Evgenia {http://evgeniapetzer.blogspot.com/} I had an amazing time @ Beautiful Scrapbooks {http://www.beautifulscrapbooks.co.za/} and created this beautiful single page layout that is already hanging up on my wall.

It's a new day, and new pages in creation, however I want to share this layout I did a while ago with my youngest daughter Tyler.  Tyler is such a fun loving, amazing little girl {my baby} and this layout shows her natural beauty....proud to be her mommy.

This layout uses Chipboard hinges which I embossed using {Zing - Copper Glitter embossing powder}.  Journalling on this layout is hidden in a file folder and the journalling was done using different alphabets & stickers.  

I have entered this layout for Scrap Africa Chipboard Challenge.

The sticker saying {delightful in every single way} is truly how this precious child really is. Hope you enjoy

I've been busy today, but never to busy to Scrap :-) ....  Here is a snippet of my next Kit/Class coming up.  Kits are limited but you can do the class using different paper if you don't want the same range....If you like what you see don't delay in booking your kits, as the "I Scream, you Scream" kit is almost sold out.

Another day has come and gone, I have been rather busy....Yesterday I taught @ Rubber Stamp & Engraving which was as usual an amazing experience.  The feedback was amazing too, and it really gives me great joy when everyone enjoys what I do.  Thank you to each and everyone of you that attended.

Due to popular demand I have packed a few kits too and should be ready @ Beautiful Scrapbooks tomorrow (26 Bantjies street, Rynfield, Benoni 0114254817) so if you like what you see please pop in soon as stock is limited.

Now I better go and get creative, I have 2 other kits I am busy doing, one of which is a repack of a wedding layout I did but this time I am using different colours. 

This layout is a fun layout with a funky booklet that opens where the heading "Mr & Mrs" is.  

I am repacking this in purple & turquoise, cut I am willing to re-pack in the colours of your wedding too....post a comment and I will gladly contact you to make arrangements.

Another beautiful day has arrived.  

Today I am teaching @ Beautiful Scrapbooks, showing the ladies how to use their Cricut machines to the fullest.  I just love being able to help people, use the gadgets we as Scrapbookers acquire.

It's a new week, and I pray that all those special mom's out there had a fab MOTHERS DAY, I know I did.  After being totally spoil by my 2 girls I took Shannon through to the FNB Stadium to stand in line for ...... you guest it JUSTIN BIEBER....and the later that day, the most amazing DADDY ever took Tyler together with Tiffy & two friends too. 

They had a blast....absolute blast. 

Amber & I have decided to design ANOTHER JUSTIN BIEBER page now which will be done on pre-order basis ....WATCH THIS SPACE....

Distress Crackle technique class

Good evening all, trust you had a good day.....my day was a busy one, but a very enjoyable one.  I did what I loved this morning and that was teaching @ Beautiful Scrapbooks (www.beautifulscrapbooks.co.za).  I taught the ladies how to use distress crackle and masks on their layout.

About Me

I am the proud wife of an amazing man who has blessed me with two daughters, Shannon {16} & Tyler {12}, I have been married to Steven for 19 years and can honestly say I not only married the man of my dreams, but my best friend.

I started Scrapbooking 13 years ago, when Scrapbooking in South Africa was just starting out, there were a few stores with limited product and that's when I decided to import products from America and start Beautiful Scrapbooks.  Although Beautiful Scrapbooks started about 13 years ago and was run from my house as a part time venture, the official store opened 10 years ago and together with my mom we ran the shop until 14 January 2013, when I sold Beautiful Scrapbooks, to 2 very good friends, Debbie & Steph.

I now free lance teach at Beautiful Scrapbooks, and have also been given amazing opportunities to teach @ Rubber Stamp & Engraving thanks to another good friend Lynn that I made while I had my shop.

I am hoping to teach @ other stores, and will go where the Lord takes me.

Together with my "BFF" Amber, we have started creating Scrapbook Kits with a difference, you give us the theme & we create the pages.  I cant imagine doing anything more exciting, than being creative with my best friend.
