Happy Father's Day

Wow I cant believe that it's been a week since I last posted and to be honest I cant say I have been very productive either.

The week has been filled with packing extra kits of my I Scream page for Memory Square and running around with the girls @ exams.  I thank God exams are almost over but then "sniff sniff" Shannon, my eldest is leaving on Europe Tour with her school (where are the days going to Cape Town on school tour was huge) - oh I forgot, those where the days when I was her age.... LOL how time has changed.

Well yesterday I got to spend the day with my DADDY and MOMMY.  What an awesome day we had, together my my husband and youngest daughter we went to Harrie's Pancake in Cullinan and had the amost amazing Pancakes "Yummy", after that we did some tea garden hopping send some time @ Kitty Aerodrome as my DADDY loves watching planes take off and land, so yes my day yesterday was spent with my amazing DADDY who I love so much so DADDY 'HAPPY FATHER'S DAY'.

5.                   Stick the Portrait photo’s matted +- 3/8” from the right hand side & 3/8” from the bottom

Bunting {Banner across left and right hand page}:-
Tip:  I find it easier to secure the two back ground pattern papers together on the back before trying to place the “bunting” and then cut it afterwards.
1.                   Punch out all the long banners and all the triangle flags as well as the ticket “good time admit one”, “100 % sweet” and the “Clock – matted on black cardstock”
2.                   Layer the banners & triangle flags in a semi-circle along the top of the background paper, 1 have 2 of the large banner on the left hand side & 3 on the right hand side.  I placed them so the top end just touch each other and then I stuck the triangle flags over the join so the triangle flag is in between.
3.                   I stapled the “good time” ticket to the top of the 2nd long banner.
4.                   Now using “glossy accents” along the top edge of the entire banner stick the ribbon along the top so it looks like the bunting is hanging off the ribbon.
5.                   Stick the “100 % sweet” die-cut to the 4th long banner toward the bottom…stick it flat
6.                   Stick the “matted clock” die-cut to the 1st long banner towards the banner and use a flat back pearl to the centre of the clock.
7.                   Now cut the following pieces to create the photo mats of the 2 photos that are 2” square.
2 x Cream – 2 ¾” square – sand edges
2 x Black cardstock – 2 ½” square
2 x Trellis – 2 ¼” square
2 x Photo – 2” square – sand edges
Stick the pieces one on top of the other then raise on foam squares.  The one gets stuck on the 3rd long banner towards the bottom & the second one gets stuck on the 5th long banner mid way also raised on foam squares.
Heading:-
1.                   Cut the heading on the cricut or similar the alphabet used is “Blackletter” – the word “OUR” is cut @ 1” and the word “Family” is cut @ 1 ½”.
See the original layout for placement.
